| 8 | boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick | ||

| 2/3 | cup | lemon juice | |

| 1/2 | cup | olive oil | |
|  | |||
| 4 | oz. | chopped garlic | |
|  | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | dried tarragon and crushed paprika | |

Place pork chops in a large bowl.  Prepare marinade using all remaining ingredients.  Pour marinade over pork chops; cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning to coat chops occasionally.  Drain chops, discarding all marinade.  Place chops on rack in a broiler pan;  sprinkle with paprika.  Broil for 5-6 minutes until brown.  Turn chops and sprinkle with paprika; broil for 5-6 minutes longer or until done.
