Apricot Cows
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
| 1-1/2 | cups | apricot nectar, chilled | |

| 1 | cup | vanilla ice cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | non-fat dry milk powder, optional | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | granulated sugar | |
|
|
|||
| whipped topping, optional | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a blender, combine apricot nectar, ice cream, milk powder (if desired) and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Stir if necessary.
Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
